- Monitoring Compensation trends/benchmarking & provides recommendation for improvements
- Provide Real time Compensation Data / Updates for staff
- Preparing Compensation Benchmarking, Budgeting & Reporting
- Coordinate for Salary Changes and Regular Monitoring
- Develop and Administer all Compensation & Benefits Programs
- Create, modify and analyses reports as requested by HR and business leaders
- Perform audit on data quality, validation checks Initiating and Auditing Payroll
- Manage and execute day to day compensation transactions including candidate offers, off cycle compensation changes, monthly & quarterly award program
- Assist in the Performance management process of mid-year and annual compensation process along with HR Business partner. Creating and updating compensation sheets for reviews.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, insurance coverages and non-taxable wages
Experience: 3 -6 years
