Assistant Manager – Business Development

Practice Area: Business Development

  • Engage and align with the firm’s vision and strategy
  • Manage the firm’s client relationship management (“CRM”) system to effectively track key relationships, target companies and active pipeline
  • Develop and maintain business development-related reports and dashboards on lead generation activities, effectiveness and firm impact
  • Facilitate background research on the target PE VC industry, and their portfolio companies, management teams and intermediaries
  • Initiate and work with Practice leaders to identify and qualify new intermediaries and referral sources related to the PE / VC industry, and their portfolio companies across various geographic markets; facilitate direct outreach to CXOs by the Practice team
  • Identify and participate in conferences, seminars, trade shows and networking events related PE VC community to create brand awareness of the firm
  • Lead the development of custom content for use in a wide variety of professional-quality marketing materials
  •  Manage special projects and ad hoc requests, including planning, coordinating and supporting internal and external events
  • Prepare proposals for new/existing clients / RFPs and manage timely follow-up
  • Managing to onboard new clients
Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in business administration
