  • Monitoring Compensation trends/benchmarking & provides recommendation for improvements
  • Provide Real time Compensation Data / Updates for staff
  • Preparing Compensation Benchmarking, Budgeting & Reporting
  • Coordinate for Salary Changes and Regular Monitoring
  • Develop and Administer all Compensation & Benefits Programs
  • Create, modify and analyses reports as requested by HR and business leaders
  • Perform audit on data quality, validation checks Initiating and Auditing Payroll
  • Manage and execute day to day¬†compensation¬†transactions including candidate offers, off cycle compensation changes, monthly & quarterly award program
  • Assist in the Performance management process of mid-year and annual compensation process along with HR Business partner. Creating and updating compensation sheets for reviews.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, insurance coverages and non-taxable wages

Experience: 3 -6 years

  • Strong analytical skills
