Article Trainees in their second year of Practical training who have completed 18 months of the 36 months can apply for Industrial Training.

They should be able to meet the following criteria –

• First attempt pass-out – IPCC Group I & II
• An average score of 80% or 7.0 CGPA at the Grade XII level
• Preference for IPCC AIR Rank holder, but not a necessity
• Excellent verbal and written communication

The program covers two major parts:

Pre-Articleship – This period provides practical training and exposure to the various Practice areas within the firm. The trainee shall be working with different Practice areas for a set period of time to provide a holistic view of the offerings established in KNAV.

Post Articleship – This period refers to the post – CA Results period and is designed to give trainees the opportunity to lead and execute engagements, including but not limited to Client location visits and secondment at KNAV International office locations.

The overall duration is between a nine to twenty-four months’ period.
