KNAV is currently looking for an experienced US Corporate Federal Tax Manager in our Mumbai office who is excited about working for a dynamic firm providing valuable US tax compliance & advisory services.

 

The candidate should possess broad US corporate federal tax experience including the ability to review complex tax returns (including multi-level consolidated returns and returns covering complexities such as R&D, DPAD, UNICAP, Thin Capitalization rules, etc.) as well have the ability to perform tax research and planning tailored to the clients’ needs. Proficiency in using the Go systems Rs tax software is required. Excellent organizational, technical and leadership skills are a must. As a team leader, the candidate will be required to guide and mentor staff. Strong communication skills are necessary, as the candidate will interact with clients at all levels. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.

 

Desired candidate profile:

 

Educational qualifications: CPA (US), Enrolled Agent (IRS), CA (India), MBA (Finance), Big-4 experience in US federal tax department;

Education-UG: B.Com – Commerce; &

PG: MBA/PGDM - Finance, CA.

 

Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager – US Federal Tax

Experience: 4 – 7 years

Remuneration offered: INR 10,00,000 – 18,00,000 P.A.

Specifically, he/she should have the ability to prepare & review complex tax returns including multi-level combined returns and returns covering complexities such as service revenue apportionments, TPP & IPP revenue apportionments, federal to state tax adjustments, etc. Proficiency in using the Go systems Rs tax software is required. Excellent organizational, technical and leadership skills are a must. As a team leader, the candidate will be required to guide and mentor staff. Strong communication skills are necessary, as the candidate will interact with clients at all levels. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
